Returns & Exhanges


We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) in original condition with hang tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Alternatively, if you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping and shipping of the new product. Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip and a note indicating that you would like a refund. Sorry, but we do not offer free returns. We recommend that returns be sent with a traceable method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to ensure a timely delivery to our warehouse. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees (unless, of course, you receive a damaged or incorrect item by mistake). Once your package is received, we will reimburse your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. You will see a refund on your credit card statement from "DELFIN SPA". If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the product we will pay for shipping of the replacement to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the exchange to us. All returns can either be exchanged or returned for refund to your credit card – whichever you choose. We want the order process to be hassle and risk free! Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip and a note indicating what you would like us to do to (include your telephone number).
